Inspired by my Mother in-law’s memories of dressing up in empire dresses in her youth. This dress is a modern update in sleek black cotton poplin. Silk ties at each puff sleeve add understated sophistication. Pockets added because “Mama said so!”. My Mom always loved a dress with pockets!
