Each Parron Allen Splatter Ruffle Top is its own work of art. No one is ever the same. Using the paint colors matched from the Devonna Print the top is paint splattered by hand using latex water soluble paint. The fabric used is repurposed cotton muslin that’s been washed and pre-shrunk. This piece can be ironed and steamed as needed for folds and hard creases-But it is meant to have a slight textured/wrinkled/vintage look. Hand washing/machine dry on light to medium setting or dry clean is recommended. Use the ties on this top to create a number of ways to style the neckline opening.
